The cheering news coming out of Paris, France where President Bola Tinubu is currently undergoing a state visit, is that the President has reaffirmed his administration's commitment to prioritizing education for Nigerian children.

He outlined plans to significantly reduce the number of out-of-school children through innovative return-to-class initiatives and skills development programmes.

According to news, the President highlighted his government's ongoing efforts to create a supportive framework that ensures school-age children re-enter classrooms, emphasizing the role of motivation and skill acquisition in this initiative.

For me, this is very commendable move coming at a time when there is growing concern about the future of millions of Nigerian youths roaming the streets in search of non-existing jobs.

Indeed, I am deeply excited and joyously ecstatic and happy with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's strategic support and action plan for the youths which will ultimately give them hope and sense of belonging in our beloved country that cares less about its educationally thirsty and enterprising Talakawa peasant's children who are denied the opportunity for free education by the ingrates who benefitted from Sir Ahmad Bello's generous free education programme for all in the former Northern regional Government.

No doubt, the discontinuation of such laudable education programme, is irrelevant

to set the record straight, without unnecessary diplomatic censorship of the obvious undercovered causes of the prevailing circumstances and inimical consequences of the seemingly inevitable social security challenges bedeviling the North at the moment.

The Tinubu's plan will therefore fill the vacuum left uncared since the martyred demise of Sir Ahmadu Bello, Gamji Dankwarai, the indefatigable hero of the poor peasant masses of Northern Nigeria and their abandoned out of School kids who are now only used as political thugs, Area boys and ballot box snatchers by selfish politicians, election manipulators and riggers who use underage youths as volunteer voters.

In addition, the plan to support the youths will be the greatest investment any Government can make especially in the North which is battling youths restiveness and all sorts of socio-economic problems

Thank You PBAT.
